The bank in Latvia which we offer does not require a banking reference.
They offer confidentiality through electronic banking, multi-currency accounts, credit and debit cards with global access to your funds.
We provide all the incorporation documents and the Board Resolution duly certified and an account application form as required by the bank.
The client must provide the following:
The completed account application form including the signature card.
A covering letter which briefly but clearly details the intended nature and activity of the company.
A copy of the passports of the signatories and beneficial owners.
Verification of your residential address which is normally done by presenting a recent utility bill or bank statement.
All the above documents must be notarized and apostilled prior to forwarding to the bank.
No minimum initial deposit or ongoing balance is required. There must always be funds in the account however to keep it open and meet the required one time account opening fee of – 100 USD.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not assist with opening of personal accounts nor do we assist with accounts for companies which have not been incorporated by us.
