The bank we represent in St. Vincent allows multi currency accounts, debit cards and internet access.
The requirements which have to be met are:

Certified copies of the incorporation documents which we will supply. |

Bank account application form which we will partially fill, and for you to complete and sign. |

A certified copy of your passport or drivers license (passport is preferred) for all signatories to the account. |

A bank reference for all the signatories to the account. |
|
Proof of residential address of all signatories. A utility bill or credit card or bank statement may be used. |
|
The board resolution which appoints the signatories to the account. We will provide this. |
You will be required to courier the completed package to the bank and await the confirmation of the banks approval which will usually be within three days after the bank has received the forms.
The minimum initial deposit to the account is 1,000 USD or its equivalent.
